This Tanzania safari 07 days, Ngorongoro Conservation (NDUTU), Tarangire National Park. The possibility of spotting the big 5 is high and calving of Wildebeest at Ndutu.

 

Day 1: Airport – Arusha

Today you will arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, meet by our representative and drive to Arusha town. You will check in at your hotel for overnight

Meal plan: Bed and breakfast basis

 

Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at your accommodation, meet your safari driver guide and start the safari. Packed lunch will be served in one of the picnic sites inside the park. Tarangire is famous for its huge elephant population and giant baobab trees, you may expect to spot herds of elephant, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, hippos, baboons and antelopes. Birds are abundant & you may spot the three rare species of Ash staling, Great Kudu & Fringe Eared Oryx. Predators like lions, leopards, cheetah, jackals & hyena can also be seen. Your overnight stay will be inside the park

Day 3: Tarangire - Serengeti National Park

Rise and Shine, a morning in Tarangire, enjoy your breakfast and depart your lodge drive to Ndutu, crossing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, there is high chance to see game on the way, in the middle of the journey you will stop for lunch, and proceed with game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu.

Day 4 and Day 5: Ndutu Area

In these 2 days you will spend your time in Ndutu, during this time Wildebeest and Zebra are giving births to new born (Calving Seasons). Dinner and overnight

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater – Karatu

After an early breakfast, depart your camp in Ndutu and drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Ngorongoro crater is a rich area with enough water & food it supports a variety of animal species which includes herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippos, and giant African elephants. The Crater is home to some rare species of black rhino living in their natural habitat. Another fascinating part of this amazing Caldera is it's denser population of predators including lion, cheetahs, hyenas, Jackals and the ever mysterious leopard that sometimes needs a binoculars eye to spot.

You will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline Lake in the southwestern corner frequently visited hippos, flocks of flamingos and other water birds. In the afternoon you ascend the crater and drive to Karatu town for dinner and overnight

Day 7: Departure to Zanzibar or Back home

After breakfast depart your lodge in Karatu town drive to Arusha, you will be dropped off at Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar, or proceed to Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight back home.
